Tea Leaf Cultivation Management

In Shizuoka Prefecture, one of Japan’s most renowned tea-producing regions, cultivation experts regularly inspect tea fields to ensure that every tea leaf is carefully nurtured under proper soil management. The optimal harvest time is precisely determined before the leaves are picked.

Achieving Safe, High-Quality Tea Leaves Through Thorough Quality Control and Testing

Immediately after harvesting, processing is carried out under strict quality control and comprehensive inspection. For pesticide management, simultaneous analysis screening is conducted for 200–300 types of residual pesticides. In addition, radiation inspections are performed to ensure complete safety.

Tea leaves selected in our hygienically controlled factory are processed through an integrated production line, where they undergo careful inspection of roasting, aroma, and appearance. All inspections take place in a cleanroom with controlled air pressure to prevent the entry of outside air or foreign substances.
