Deputy Director of Business – TF | Global Trade Strategy
Alex Hikari Pham is the Deputy Director of Business at TF, playing a strategic role in shaping and expanding the company’s international trade operations, with a focus on bringing Japanese standard products to global markets in a sustainable and responsible way.
With a professional background in International Trade Law and experience working in Japan since 2016 in global business and corporate finance, he has developed a leadership mindset grounded in commercial discipline, legal compliance, and rigorous risk management. These experiences are directly integrated into TF’s international development strategy. At TF, he leads cross-border B2B expansion strategies based on three core pillars: • Exporting Japanese products with strict safety and quality controls • Building long-term international partnerships based on transparency and business ethics • Expanding global markets without compromising standards or reputation He believes that international trade is not just about revenue growth but also about spreading Japanese standards—from product quality and operational systems to corporate responsibility. Under his leadership, TF not only scales but matures as a trusted international trade partner, representing safe, ethical, and sustainable Japanese products.
